Please welcome Dani Sanci, our new office manager.  Dani had been in the restaurant business for many years, working in every capacity imaginable, from serving to bookkeeping and office management.  Anyone who can survive that is strong enough to take us on. We also say a fond farewell to Kayleigh, who left us for her first love, the publishing industry in late August.
