Branding & Marketing Campaign
2011 marks the 50th anniversary of Vancouver Island's very own DFH Real Estate. The client saw the occasion as an opportunity to make their brand more current. We redeveloped the company's crest logo into a more contemporary mark and also developed an integrated marketing campaign using traditional media such as bus backs. Beyond this, a major web overhaul was in order, so we designed and built a completely new web site with a robust CMS. The site automatically picks up new DFH listings directly from MLS and is constantly up to date. A new tagline was also launched; "Be sold on expertise". This is intended to underpin that idea that DFH, as a locally owned firm with branch offices up and down the island, offers true knowledge and expertise in the region. It also serves to remind prospective clients, in an age of "do it yourselfers" and low commission companies, that realtor expertise has a tangible value in the sale or acquisition of a new home.
