Case Study
Our campaign for the BC government and its fishing industry partners had the Trapeze creative team out on the water shooting ads that address perceived obstacles to sport fishing. The campaign targeted prospective, occasional and lapsed fishermen and women, highlighting the virtues of sport fishing in BC. In year one, we created the “discoverfishingbc” brand and URL as the starting point for a province-wide ad campaign focused on the sport’s easy accessibility and ultimate excuse for spending time in nature, and relaxing with friends and family. In year two, this past summer, we focused more on license sales and a promotional offering, and created a unique “talking fish” TV ad and new print advertising.
